Uncle Paul's Seasoning: Where it all began.

Uncle Paul's Seasoning started as a passion project. I knew what flavor I wanted, but couldn't quite seem to find it on store shelves. So, I decided to try and make it myself. Through many trial and errors, horrible taste testings, and some quite odd pairings of spices, I arrived at, what I believe, to be a well rounded blend of spices that pair well with any type of meat. I wanted something that could work on all platforms and not just be considered a "meat only" or "fish only" type seasoning, but instead, I wanted something that would be the go-to spice on ANYTHING. And I'm proud to say that Uncle Paul's Seasoning is just that...your one stop spice.

Cooking Tips

9-Step Steak Preparation

1. Tenderize the steak, if your steak requires it.
2. Rub each side of steak with canola oil for two minutes.
3. Pour a 50/50 mixture of worchester & soy sauces into a container just large enough to place the steak in.
4. Sprinkle "Uncle Paul's #2" into mixture. Place steak in mixture; brush mixture on top of steak.
5. Lightly cover entire top of steak with "Uncle Paul's #1".
6. Put lid on container and place in refrigerator overnight; allow it to come to room temperature prior to grilling.
7. On grill heated to high, briefly sear both sides of steak, then temporarily remove it from heat.
8. Immediately reduce grill heat to medium, then cook steak to desired level.
9. Sprinkle steak with "Uncle Paul's #2" and serve.
